Here's what you would be doing at UiPath:
Scope of activities
- Provide Level 1 support using Zendesk, a support desk application, for clients, prospects and business partners
- First point of contact for company software support in pre-sales and post-sales stages;
- In charge of the overall support for our Robotic Process Automation software through standard support channels email, phone support, chat;
- 9:00 to 18:00 support; Monday to Friday;
- Escalate tickets to Level 1.5 and Level 2 (Dev support) .
What we expect from you (must have)
- Experience: 2-7 years;
- Graduates in Computer Science with medium knowledge of basic programming;
- Minimum experience in programming of at least 1 year .NET (C# or VB), Java + node based programming perfect match;
- Experience in BPOs or application support is a plus;
- Fluent written and spoken Japanese and English is mandatory.
