Job Description

What you can look forward to accomplishing

• Local responsible with regards to the execution of the Business Process according to the established Template or the local Version of the Template
• Responsible to provide local Training and Documentation to End users
• Responsible for local 1st Level Support in case of handling requests and incidents in SAP
• Perform the needed communication in case of release and change updates
• Implement adequate performance reviews to control the correct handling of the template processes
• Build up and support processes for order fulfillment of both LPS and BPS products in regards of set needed Material replenishment procedures
• In detail
• Support and working on creating sales orders, purchase orders, delivery slips and invoice in SAP, especially for orders from key account customers and / or complex orders
• Following delivery time in SAP and understand roadblocks to be removed
• Communicating with warehouse
• Control creation of delivery process and follow up with customers on receipt
• Handle return and claim shipments in SAP
• Control and perform correct maintenance for customer master data, price conditions and delivery replenishment time in SAP when needed
• Annual update of local price lists in SAP
• Make and give instructions to order processing team members to solve ad-hoc problems to ensure smooth completion of their orders.
• Conduct training sessions using tools provided by Process Council Business Process Experts

Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company

• Native Japanese Speaker is must
• University degree preferred
• More than 5 years’ working experience in order processing dept by SAP, service & detail orientated.
• Fluency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken
• Good communication across levels and functions
• Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skillful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressure
• Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PPT is must
