1) SAP HR Management: Organization layout, Cost layout, Budget planning, Forecast planning
2) Annual Merit Review: Planning and execution
3) Ownership on retail sales commission planning and administration
4) Ownership on monthly payroll administration working closely with payroll provider
5) Compensation & benefits strategy aligned with retail strategy
1) Accuracy and consistency to maintain SAP HR database.
2) Analytical skill by understanding big picture.
3) Solid communication skill both in Japanese and in English (TOEIC 800+).
4) Local compliance with regard to payroll administration
