OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
- Define and lead CRM Strategy, to accelerate business (both on/ off line) via constant CRM campaigns and consumer purchase journey optimization to manage customer database both in size and quality
- Lead CRM strategy & action plans to build customer base, by taking into account overall Marketing Plan, with deep
understanding of specific consumer behavior in field of cosmetics, both On/ Off line
- Report performance of CRM activities in timely manner both internally/ externally. Work closely with Regional team
to raise requirements of JPN market.
- Control the quality, schedule, and the budget for all the CRM universe.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of CRM.
- Highly Analytical, and with understanding of consumer insights to lead customer journey
- Understanding of digital in rapidly changing competitive environment. Quick in action and highly flexible to adopt
- to moving market, and with strong drive to move forward
- Excellent communication skill (both oral and writing)
- Consumer focused, with good insight understanding skill to drive customer journey
- Business level English and native level Japanese
- Excellent inter-personal skill / Result-oriented / Creative Mindset /Team Player / Esthetic Sensitivity.
