General Position Summary:
The operation staff position in American 3PL company. Based in Chiba, Manages logistics operations related to high-tech products, maintenance parts, etc., and provide satisfying services to customers. Open because current staff decided to leave recently.

・ Creating and implementing a continual improvement plan
・ Creating and managing customer business KPI based on basic contract
・ Promotion of on-site improvement work (quality, productivity improvement, enhancement of occupational safety and health)
・ Productivity management, improvement plan creation (joint project with customers)
・ Management of OMS and KPI (for customer, for in-house)
・ Introduction of PtQ

Required Experience / Skills:
・More than 3 years in the logistics industry
・Business analysis ability
・Correspondence with inside and outside the company, negotiation power necessary for business
Knowledge about business improvement
・Knowledge about billing
・Consciousness, implementation, and continuing ability to improve operations
・Awareness of occupational safety, practice, and continuing ability
・Consciousness to crisis management (be able to act to prevent problems)

Preferred Experience / Skills:
・2 years of production management experience (Option)
・More than 2 years experience in billing (Option)
