Job Description

Our leading global consumer goods client is looking for an innate customer-focused person to lead their customer service team. 

Job Summary:
To coordinate and supervise Customer Service Agents for managing order taking to delivery, to coordinate and supervise the 3PL partners for managing inbound and outbound transportation of the products, to improve warehouse and delivery cost with sustaining customer service.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experiences in 3PL management and team management with up to five direct reports
- SAP SD experience (key user level preferred)
- Business level English (TOEIC 800 or above) and Native Japanese
- Experience in order management
- Consumer/Customer-focused
- Negotiation and relationship maintenance
- Financial literacy (preferred)
