Job Description

We are looking for a customer focused and service minded personnel, to responsible for order management and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods, as well as customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing (order taking, check prices, arrange invoice, etc.)

  • Coordinate and monitor shipping and distribution operation

  • Respond to customer inquiries (quotations, lead-times, product information)

  • Handle complaints and arrange goods exchange, if required

  • Sales support role (creat new quotations, prepare monthly sales reports)

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders as well as service providers to facilitate a smooth and efficient logistics operation and urgency/express shipment.

  • Maintain customers and prices database.


Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate (oral & written) in polite business Japanese

  • Experience in customer service or sales support function

  • Proficient in MS Office (strong in Excel) and an ERP system (SAP preferred)

  • Experience in the productive industry a plus

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong communication skills combined with the ability to built loyal customer relationships

  • Detail-oriented
