The Company

American manufacturing company. Working location of this role is the service center in Akishima, western Tokyo.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Maintains direct contact with customers before and after the repair
  • Confirm the customer requests and End Users
  • Make and send the Repair quotes and to get approval from customers
  • Control the repair status with Service technicians
  • After technicians complete the repairs, send the final quote to customer
  • Issue the invoice after receiving the PO from customers
  • Ready for the repaired units for shipments

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
  • Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
  • Basic skill for MS applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Communication skills with customers
  • Fluent Japanese and business level English skills
