This role is responsible for;

  • Plan and develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support multiple business divisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets for digital initiatives in line with overall marketing strategy
  • Manage and optimise website content (SEO) for corporate and intranet websites
  • Benchmark, analyse and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the internet-marketing programs and systems
  • Establish an efficient production process to support content publishing
  • Work with marketing individuals to oversee project management and planning of all online promotions/campaigns from start to launch, including production schedules and deadline management with all internal business units and third party vendors
  • Identify, analyze and report KPI and ROI on all digital campaigns
  • Tailor digital message, communication and tactics that coincide with the corresponding brand(s) product life cycle
  • Partner with the IT department and business units for online improvements, enhancements, changes, and to solve any site issues
  • Develop compelling web content with internal business units and third party vendors
  • Identify site improvements based on analysis based on web traffic and identify trends
  • Create search engine optimization (SEO) program to increase organic rankings and drive quality traffic to web site
  • Track marketing campaigns and compile reports that demonstrate ROI of various marketing programs
  • Stay abreast and utilize best practices in retargeting
  • Manage customer database and drive accurate data collection
  • Develop an annual marketing support calendar for all sites
  • Motivating and managing subordinates
Necessary Skills:
  • Native-level Japanese / Business-level English
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing (preferably with international companies)
  • Familiarity with CMS systems, digital marketing trends, and web development techniques
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Well-organised and attention to detail
