Key Responsibilities

Lead the digital planning to maximize organization productivity, sales and brand awareness/engagement in Japan. Create meaningful digital strategies across the different business areas that cut through and deliver results:

-Provide distinctive level of subject matter expertise on how to execute and activate digital marketing strategies for customer acquisition, customer engagement, and personalization to the multi-functional team.

-Create, develop & manage digital programmes with KPIs and maximised budgets

-Collaborate with global & local team to understand which programs can be reapplied from global vs. driven by Japan

-Coach the team on multi-channel marketing to explode our eCommerce and SNS presence

 

Live beauty, Breathe beauty: Lead the cross-functional implementation of initiatives, technologies and campaigns in close collaboration with the multi-functional team

-Fully embrace the power of digital across brands and through the purchase funnel working with in-house and external partners to deliver with excellence.

-In charge of briefing, testing, tracking and budget management.

Think & act like a start-up: identify opportunity and quickly engage the organization to step up our digital presence. Keep abreast of key competitor activities, systematically reporting on activity and integrating key learning’s in Japan programmes

 

Job Requirements

-Previous experience in Digital (digital agencies, client marketing organizations, network engineer) with some digital planning experience, incl. ideally digital media, cross channel campaign management, e-commerce, CRM, SNS, digital analytics.

-Understanding of 1) how to use digital marketing channels, techniques, and operating models (e.g., org, processes, capabilities, client/agency engagement), 2) advertising technology ecosystem and digital agency landscape.

-Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital topics: data-driven thinker

-Ability to build & maintain effective relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English, and to communicate with senior leaders.

-Strong team player with ability to effectively listen, contribute and influence.

-Proactive, results-oriented, flexible approach to work, challenger spirit.

-Demonstrate strong passion for the brand Professional brands & brand values.

-Basic programing skills are a must-have (HTML, ideally SCORM).
