Job Description

This role is responsible for:
  • Establishing global consistency with the online presentation of the company and its brands
  • Creating brand guidelines and rules for e-Commerce
  • Ensuring group digital marketing strategy and objectives are achieved
  • Collaborating with other marketing colleagues and internal business partners to ensure aligned and integrated marketing communications
  • Helping to develop a content marketing strategy that resonates with the target audience and supports and amplifies company's messaging and brand
  • Ensuring in web-stores visual communication
  • Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Designing, building and maintaining company's social media presence
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
  • Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Analysing and evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
  • Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluating emerging technologies. Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Necessary skills:
  • Business-level English and Japanese
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience with search-engine marketing
  • Familiarity and experience with e-commerce
  • Confident using web analytics platforms
  • Proactive and a fast-learner
  • Strong communication skills
