GENERAL MANAGER « SALES »

Oversee and manage nationwide stores and wholesale’s shops.
Sales and Sales Analysis
Manage and control operations related to large sales Fair.
Negotiate and build a good relationships with Department Stores management, Gaisho and business partners in order to execute business initiatives and reinforce business growth.
Set objectives, appraise and support Sales Managers, shop staff and office staffs.
Draw distribution, retail strategies and action plans.
Plan annual / monthly / per shop / products sales budget (sell-in and sell-out).
Lead / manage sales organization to successfully achieve budgeted sales, objectives and goals.
Plan and execute new opening / expansion / renewal / re-location / closure of department stores’ shops.
Motivate managers and shop staff to be proactive and effective.
Coordinate, manage and control established action plans within expense budget through appropriate communication with managers and other departments.
Bilingual - Japanese & English.
Preferably luxury background, Retail Director or Head of Sales position. Minimum 10 years’ experience.
