- Manage the general services of the Tokyo office in the areas of purchasing, equipment management, facility management and office services.s.
- Support the recruiting process.
- Act as the Personal Assistant for the Representative Director.
- Assist in the delivery of employee training programs.
- Support other HR member's staff and help the payroll process, salary and bonus payment, social insurance and other benefits.
2 years experience in HR related duties
Experience and knowledge regarding payroll and social insurance
Conversational English skills
