The HRBP works directly and closely with company executives and other senior leaders of the organization. HRBP also works and collaborates extensively with other parts of HR team such as Talent Management Group, Labor/Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefit Group and Operations Group.
- 5 years experience in HR with preference given to those who have been an HRBP
- Excellent English skills
- Team player - wants to deliver the results by collaborating with members
- Experience in working in a large, multifaceted, and dynamic company
