Job Description

Our client is a medical company and searching for the Human Resources and General Affairs Director. The candidate is responsible for all areas relating to Human Resource activities for the company, including providing advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation.

HUMAN RESOURCES SECTOR
  • To manage and supervise in carry out, in general the Regulation in matters of pertaining to Manpower, generally and in particular, the Company Regulation.
  • To manage and supervise in carry out the Company’s policies decided by Board of Director/Commissioner or Management.
  • To supervise in carry out the Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Medical Reimbursement, Warning Letter, etc). Also to issue the ID Badge, Announcement for employee and counseling for any problems for employee and to obtain any input from employee for the Company’s interest.
  • To manage and fulfill the request from Management for increasing/decreasing of employee (to make of vacancy, selection, test and interview of employee’s candidates).
  • To manage and responsible for handling any application, filing of claim, documentation of reports pertaining to manpower and expats. 
  • To supervise in carry out in creating the excellent and well-mannered working relationship in the Company.
  • To supervise in carry out in creating the excellent relationship inter department (internal and external).
GENERAL AFFAIR SECTOR
  • To manage and supervise in the usage of Company’s Inventory; to prepare of employee’s loan, annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement.  Also other secretarial task required by the Company.
  • To supervise the General Affairs duties.
  • To supervise the Company’s documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
  • To supervise the orderliness of Office administration.
PAYROLL SECTOR
  • To manage and make payroll calculation, overtime and other tasks of Human Resources and General Affairs.
  • To control in payroll administration orderliness.
Qualifications
  • Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/ issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.  Including the ability to lead the team.
  • Have a minimum 5 years experience at Human Resources.
  • Understanding handling GA Matter
  • Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast – pace setting.  
  •  Ability to multi – task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Good Decision Maker and have a high discipline.
  • Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
