We are excited to represent our FMCG client who is searching for an HR Generalist for the talent acquisition, as well as L&D in all functions of Japan and Korea.

In this HR Generalist role, you will oversee the operational flow of all kinds of level recruitment and L&D. For recruitment, you will manage the whole end-to-end recruiting process from the first meeting with hiring managers, talent sourcing, setting and conducting interviews, liaison with candidates, negotiating offer proposals and new employee induction and onboarding, as well as track head count and compensation budget in the organization. For L&D, you will work closely with the APAC L&D lead to plan, organize, and implement trainings.


Key Accountabilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruiting process of recruitment from identifying hiring needs to placement and onboarding

- Participates in contract negotiations and oversees the administration of labor contracts in accordance with labor law or regulations

- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure that departmental objectives are effectively and efficiently delivered

- Provide support to HR&GA Director on Recruiting Costs and Budget

- Manages the day-to-day operations and support to ensure that the resources and capability necessary to deliver the required level of service to Managers and Employees

- Provide day-to-day support to employees and improve employee relations/engagement

- Prepares and update the data and information on all the employee related matters for HR records in HRIS 

- Coordinates and implements the organizational and employee development program including training, career counseling, and educational assistance to ensure that employees make themselves advantage

- Support with internal events

- KPI Actuals submissions to APAC as necessary

- Other duties as assigned and directed by HR/GA Director


Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor Degree+
  • At least 3 years proven experience in HR Generalist and at least more than 3 years’ experience in Recruitment related role is required.
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office is assumed
  • Strong focus on delivering the results, demonstrated excellence at working across multiple teams on large and complex projects
  • Dynamic, good interpersonal and people management skills as well as excellent business presentation skills
  • Can challenge the status quo and is comfortable in complex, ambiguous situations
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
