1. Compensation & Benefits
-) Implement and manage compensation & benefits process and procedure
-) Support the annual cycle of appraisals, salary review, bonus payments and prepare the related reporting. Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salaries.
2. Payroll management (Outsourced)
-) Coordinate regular and temporary employee payroll working closely with payroll provider. Administer the sales incentive system for store staff.
-) Labor cost and headcount planning and control
3. Human Resources Information Systems
Operate HRIS (SAP HR and HR Budgeting Planning system) at local level communicating with Head Quarter. Maintain the data in SAP HR and HR Budgeting Planning system.
4. HR Policies and procedures
Work with HR Director and Central HR department to implement human resources policies and programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
5. Hiring Activities
Ensure temp staff hiring activities to fulfil vacancies at the appropriate timing.
