HR Solutions Specialistとして、5部門のうちの1部門の担当となり、人事業務・HRIS・給与計算・従業員との関係の4つの事柄について責任を持って取り組んでいただきます。
部門長やHRBPと密に連携し、HR Employee Solutionsプロセス内で改善点をレビューし、計画し、実装します。

  • 人事業務:従業員のライフサイクルを通して必要な文書を管理および処理します。
  • HRIS:求められるプライバシーを維持しつつ、高品質のデータを確保しながら、内部のHRシステムやデータベース、ファイル内のHR関連情報を監視し、維持し、処理します。人事ツール、システム、およびソフトウェア内の自動化について利用し促進します。
  • 給与計算:給与計算ベンダーと連携し、給与計算ベンダーとの間の雇用データが正確かつ期日通りであることを確認します。
  • 従業員との関係:企業の人事方針およびの労働に関する法令の順守を促進します。
  • その他必須機能:主要な人事指標とSLAの整合を確認し、基準、整合性、プロセスを改善します。また、従業員、他の部署、外部と連携し、HR Opsチームからの課題を解決します。


  • 人事管理やジェネラリストとしての業務における5年間程度の経験
  • 物事を構造化して整理し、細部へのこだわりを持ち、日々の活動とプロジェクト作業の間で優先順位を付けることができるスキル
  • 文章・対面におけるコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、対人関係のすぐれたスキル
  • 日本の労働法に関する深い知識
  • 英語スキル


  • 経験に基づいて、2〜3名によるチームをマネジメントしていただきます



This global American insurance company is searching for a HR Employee Specialist.

Areas of Responsibility

HR Operations
Employee Relations

This position will be responsible for covering all of the above for one the company's 5 entities. 

You will work closely with the department lead and HRBP, to review, plan, and implement improvements within the HR Employee Solutions process. This is a great opportunity for individuals with interest in growing into a Management role within HR. You will get a chance to work closely with senior leadership to rebuild and improve the HR processes within the company.

HR Operations

In HR Operations, you will be responsible for managing and processing required documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. 


In HRIS, monitor, maintain and process HR related information in internal HR Systems & databases and / or files, ensuring high quality data, whilst maintaining required privacy. Utilize and promote use of automation opportunities within HR tools, systems and software


In payroll, liaise with payroll vendor. Ensure employment data to/from Payroll vendor is accurate and on time.

Employee Relations

In Employee Relations, facilitate the compliance with corporate HR policies and local labor regulations.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure key HR metrics and SLA’s are met and improve standards & consistency and processes where possible.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, other departments and vendors to resolve issues received through the HR Ops team.
  • Monitor, maintain and process HR related information in internal HR Systems & databases and / or files, ensuring high quality data, whilst maintaining required privacy.
  • Establish, maintain and manage strong relationships with other groups in the organization, such as the HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, external vendors, etc.
  • Take the lead on assigned HR projects

Supervisory / Management Responsibilities

Based upon experience, you may supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 2 to 3 members.


  • Around five years of experience in HR administration / generalist roles with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Well organized, attention for detail, able to prioritize between day to day activities and project work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken capable of influencing others
  • Familiarity with Japanese labor law
  • English skills required
