Your main responsibilities: Payroll operations, Employee inquiries, HRIS, International Mobility, Welfare programs (retirement benefits, shares, etc.
Compensation / Benefit Planning Team structure: 4 full-time employees, 2 contract employees, 2 temporary employee
Manage maintenance and accuracy of employee data, for reporting and distribution
Lead projects which impact data maintenance on the HRIS, including mass updates
Lead HRIS configuration of all HR annual processes, including Performance Management.
Coordinate, implement, manage and execute international assignments in accordance with the International Mobility Guidelines and Policies
Manage and coordinate regional relationships with third party supplier partners (tax, relocation, immigration), ensuring exceptional service levels to our employees
Ideally 5+ years of related HRIS experience
Ideally 5+ years of related international mobility experience
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in international business, human relations or related field
Skills and Knowledge
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ideally Knowledge of International assignment taxes, relocation and Immigration.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google tools (Excel, Google sheets)
