Job Description:

 Manage Order to Cash and Inbound to Outbound processes for Performance Materials Japan

Establish and lead PM Customer Fulfillment organization

 • Manage resource and budget

 • Review and optimize organization to adjust to global and local Business needs

 • Define, establish and deliver on SLAs and KPIs based on business requirements, customers’ needs and cost of service.

• Report regularly and transparently on dashboard and Metrics

• Ensure compliance for Customer Fulfillment activities

• Represent Customer Fulfillment organization in local PM management team Leadership Team and any ad-hoc local PM boards and committees Own Customer Fulfillment processes and systems

• Drive Order to Cash processes and control standard operating procedures

• Drive Inbound to Outbound processes and control standard operating procedures

• Implement PM global logistics guidelines

• Manage 3PLs and internal interface partners (LS) where appropriate

•Manage local transportation for PM activities Promote Customer Fulfillment Excellence

• Ensure Best Practice Sharing to harmonize global practices across the organization

• Leverage Customer Excellence to define strategic targets for Customer Fulfillment based on global, regional or local business demands

• Drive continuous improvements for Customer Fulfillment and manage projects priorities

• Promote Digitalization People Management

• Provide guidance and direction to employees in accordance with Customer Fulfillment team's policies and procedures.

• Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals.

• Develop feedback culture

• Communicate regularly on company topics with employees

Job Specific Competencies and Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics with MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Chemicals or alternatively related subjects

• leader with proven track record in managing teams

• Profound customer-orientation and high level of business acumen

• Ability, willingness and strong collaboration mind set to work in a complex, fast moving and innovation driven environment where driving and developing the own organization is a core leadership responsibility

• High performance orientation and a global mindset

• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to convince interface partners on a Senior Management level

• Strong ability to efficiently build up relationships and networks while representing the interests of Supply Chain in Performance Materials

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong result-orientation

• Experienced in working in a multicultural environment

• Fluency in English
