Our client is a major beauty brand marketing leading brands. They are looking for a head of Human Resources to work as a stand-alone function. The company works mainly B2B, though they do also have a B2C component to the company.
As this position is responsible for all areas of HR, you should be a qualified Human Resources professional, with strong generalist experience interacting with a broad range of functions, with varying needs.
- Previously managed employee relations casework including performance, sickness and absence management.
- Managed the process of the employee life cycle: induction, probation signs off and exit interviews.
- Track record supporting on all people cycle processes: Annual Salary Review, Bonus payments, Talent reviews and Development conversations.
- Have an appetite to engage upon the health and wellbeing agenda across the business.
