This job will be required to manage a team of 4, show excellent communication skills in Japanese and English in order to report globally, and develop and execute HR strategy.
• Provide HR communication process to for all aspects of HR, including HR best practices, employee relations, talent management and development, policies, procedures and regulation, compensation and performance metrics, communication and change management initiatives, and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives.
• Assist internal stakeholders with the configuration, deployment, content development, and content maintenance of systems supporting HR Solutions delivery tools or systems.
• Exercises high level of autonomy and decision making as it relates to daily responsibilities and all assigned projects.
- 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Experience in management
- Shown ability to report outside of Japan
- B2B industry knowledge preferred
