Here is an exciting role to lead the Japan organization, communicating with divisional heads and other stakeholders in Europe. The immediate area of responsibility will be for the 150 staff working in four divisions.
The business partner will take the initiative to maintain good communication lines with the Japan leadership, sales, R&D, and manufacturing.
- Responsible for project implementation and completion
- Strategic Human Resources and Day to Day HR
- Hands-On administrative issues relating to compensation pensions
- 5 years of HRBP experience
- C&B experience required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Business level English to communicate to HQ in Europe
- Management experience
