As a European manufacturer, our client a leading SME is searching for a Japan HR & GA Manager
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in a HR & GA organisation
  • Experienced in implementing, documenting and operationally maintaining Major HR & GA affairs such as, Recruiting, Assessment, Contracting, Legal litigation etc. 
  • Experienced in interacting with external suppliers & service providers
  • Experienced in global communication and familiar with culturally diversified global working environments
  • Legal knowledge relating to overall Japan’s HR & GA job area
  • Strong leadership with skills to proactively improve working environments
  • Ability to manage own work schedule with good self-management skills
  • Commitment at high level for customer focus and support
  • Proven leadership, development and presentation skills to start-up projects
  • Ability to cooperate with other individuals with a problem solving oriented attitude at professional level
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate logically and effectively
  • Capable to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
