Job Description

General Position Summary: Import/Export analyst position in American biotechnology product development company.

-Set and continuous improve of the KPI (like OTP, Cost/kg) for achieve KGI.
-Drive cost down and continuous process improvement which increase productivity, efficiency and compliance.
-Responsible for accurate and timely import/export process which followed compliance and company policy.
-Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and other related internal customers.

<Key Activities>
-Set, maintain and improve KPI to achieve KGI.
-Manage and evaluate a performance of service provider and carriers.
-Holding MBR.QBR.
-Get cost down related to import/export operations.
-Do the analysis related to cost, L/T and other current service to improve the cost and quality of import/export.
-Take the initiative in solving problems by PPI activities collaborate with internal counter
parts and external providers.
-Proceed accurate & timely import/export declaration collaborate with custom brokers. (Including DG, Animal inspection, cold chain, and other related regulation goods.)
-Building a strong relationship with many kinds of internal/external stakeholders.

-Minimum of 5 years-experience in import/export and trade compliance, or any related fields.
-Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast paced changing environment.
-Strong communication skills with internal/external customers.
-Ability to work cross functionally.
-Strong self-driven skills.
-Solution oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Ability to hold a meeting with overseas in English

<Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)>
-Leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions.
-Import/Export experience of DG, animal inspection, and cold chain goods is preferred.
-Experience with developing and maintaining the procedures are preferred
