Mission 1 : Define and implement the purchasing strategy for resorts and offices.
Mission 2 : Application of Group’s Purchasing strategy in order to meet the needs of internal clients and to supply the company with products and services at the appropriate level of quality/cost and lead-time.
Mission 3 : Define strategy implement action plans on supplier panel, sourcing/obtaining market competitive information, pricing negotiation and cost optimization opportunities. Management/Transversale missions
Mission 4 : Plan and supervise the activities of the assistant purchasing manager
Mission 5 : Support resorts purchasing team to manage supplier relations
