This role is responsible for:
  • Planning, implementing and managing assigned accounts for a variety of channels to optimise performance of company brands
  • Collaborating with sales team, commercial manager, merchandisers, and trade marketing team to maximise results
  • Building and developing relationships with external stakeholders and customers
  • Identifying opportunities, developing business models and creating sales plans to maximise business
  • Increasing numeric distribution and in-store visibility of brands
  • Coordinate with merchandisers to implement projects, and monitor progress
  • Work with key stakeholders to create joint business plans
  • Utilise global best practices to bring innovation to trade
Necessary skills
  • Native Japanese / business English
  • 2+ years account management / sales experience in food and beverage / FMCG industry (sales planning / trade marketing experience is preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Negotiation experience
  • Proactive
  • Works well under pressure
  • Positive and motivated
