Job Description

Our client is a leading European retailer searching for an experience L&D professional.
 
Working closely with the Human Resource Business Partners, the role is dedicated to attracting, developing and retaining talent and contribute to the business growth from L&D perspective..

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement training portfolio and programs.
  • Design learning and development strategy closely partnering with management team and other relevant departments.
  • Develop and implement professional, technical and management training programs for boutique and office staff.
  • Facilitate internal training programs and people development initiatives/projects.
  • Handle internal marketing, communication, coordination, logistics and data management
  • Assess effectiveness of training programme and ensure the desired training standards.
  • Provide participant feedback to trainers and relevant departments and propose ways to improve
  • Develop blended learning environment through digital platform.
  • Manage and promote Learning Management System and foster the blended learning offering for all employees.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with the E-learning specialist representative at Richemont group level, ensuring regular contact and dialogue.
  Required Experience:
  • 2+ years working within Learning & Development, E-Learning, Instructional Design, HR, or a related field
  • Proven organizational skills, project management experience desired
  • Facilitation skill
  • Coaching skill
  • Native level Japanese and business level English
  • Strong internal customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to work proactively establish effective working relationships
  • Strong communication skills, and proven ability to proactively identify problems, and/or provide realistic business solutions
  • A keen focus on delivering business results
  • Demonstrated ability to work  both in a team and individual environment
