General Position Summary:
Logistics Section Manager role at European fashion company. It's open because current manager decided to leave recently.

・Operation management
 -Optimization of the flow and inventory management of the overall logistics operations of products and promotional materials, etc.
 -Optimization of EC operation
 -Coordination with relevant internal departments
 -Compliance with legal requirements, internal audit response
・Human resources management
 -Train and manage team members
・Vendor management
 -Negotiation and coordination with external vendors (3PL service providers, logistics vendors)
 -Visualization of KPI progress and improvement of service level
・Logistics improvement
 -Optimization of warehouse distribution and cost optimization through business process review
・Budget / expense management
 -Creation of related budget and management of actual transition
・Project management


Exchange with:
・Perfume and Cosmetics Division (Marketing, Sales Department, Pharmaceutical Affairs Department, etc.)
・Each department in the financial information system headquarters(finance department, information system department, purchasing department)
・Global team (mainly in France)
・3PL service provider (warehouse distributor)
・Logistics related vendor (domestic delivery, labeling company, etc.)

Required Experience / Skills:
Starting Date: June 1st, 2019 * At the earliest possible
Equivalent range of age: 40s - 50s
・5 years plus experience working in consumer goods (cosmetics preferred) logistics and deep understanding of operational procedures
・Leadership, experience in people management
・PC skill (Excel, Word, Power Point), Experience with ERP/WMS
・Communication skill
・Project management skill
・English ability: reading, writing and conversation (Intermediate level)
