  • 役員連絡先リスト、ファイル、文書の管理
  • 会議の支援:毎週のスタッフ会議、電話会議の調整(国内・国際)、大規模会議のスケジュール設定等
  • 承認処理、交通手段、ホテル予約、経費請求などの出張手配業務
  • 部門別プレゼンテーション(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Keynoteなど)の作成支援
  • 日本語と英語の両方でのレポート作成と翻訳業務
  • 5S方式によるオフィス環境の維持
  • 部門組織図と通話情報の保守
  • チームイベントの企画と支援
  • 社内コミュニケーションの主導/支援イニシアチブプロジェクト
  • 上記の職務に関連するその他の職務、およびあなたの立場で必要とされる職務

  • Schedule /Calendar /Time Management
  • Maintaining executive contact list, files and documents
  • Coordinating weekly staff meetings and conference calls (Domestic & International)
  • Assisting management members in scheduling large meetings such as management meeting, offsite and all-hands
  • Travel arrangement including approval processing, transportation & hotel booking and expense claim
  • Assisting with preparation of departmental presentations (word, excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.) Reports and translation in both Japanese and English, department /company communications as requested.
  • Coordinating meetings for internal personnel /external visitors
  • Maintaining office environment clean and in good order with 5S methods
  • Space/Seat management
  • Maintenance of departmental organization charts and phone data
  • Organizing and supporting team events
  • Leading/Supporting initiative projects for internal communication
  • Any other duties related to the duties provided above and duties required by or for your position.
