Job Title: PR Assistant Manager

Direct Reports: PR Assistant
PR Assistant Manager needs extensive experience at a major media organization. Core competencies include: Excellent time management and organizational skills; Enthusiastic and self- motivated; Communication and customer handling skills.
In this role you will identify clients' executive communications and content needs and work with the brand to address them while also leveraging the company's vast network inside and outside Japan for best practices.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll need to:
•Building and produce detailed proposals for communication (for example, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
•Lead promotional activities for the PR & Communication activities
•Liaise with sales and marketing teams to publicize and promote the event;
•Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget;
•Research venues, suppliers and contractors, and then negotiate prices and hire;
•Able to communicate with all levels of management
•Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events;
•Proven experience as PR Assistant Manager
•Skilled in project management and public relation
•Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
•Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
•Excellent organizational skills
•Excellent communication skills with leadership
•Ability to positively influence with integrity to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
•An excellent team player who is able to work strategically even under pressure

・Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, Com and event management
・University degree: BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
・Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
・Ability to work with very minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
・Strong time management skill.
・Excellent listening skills, critical-thinker with attention to detail.
・Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously.
・Strong proven record of evaluating, analyzing, implementing, leading, and monitoring effective and efficient processes to proactively improve efficiency and staff performance.

・To handle multiple projects and effectively manage different timelines
- 3+years in industry of housing or kitchen field
- 3+ years in industry of home appliances/consumer goods
- 3+ years in Lifestyle/luxury brands
