Job Description

Our client is a leading consumer goods company out of the U.S. and is searching for a Talent Acquisition person. The career path of this job will lead to an HRBP position in the future. The scope of TA is wide range including,  Mid Career/Temporary Staff/Direct Hourly Staff hiring, New Grads, Internship program, Disability Hiring, Employer Branding and On-boarding program.

The individual leads entire events holistically showing the leadership to support company strategy and growth working with internal stakeholder and APAC team as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop company awareness to build talents pipelines engaging outside recruiters, creating SNS contents, participating in career fair and vising campus recruiting
  • Responsible candidates sourcing and screening, and conduct interviews for all levels of positions 
  • Analyze market trends, create staffing strategies and hiring plan for the client groups
  • Ensure hiring operation and execution works in timely manner
  • Involve selection process to support hiring decision
  • Ensure to provide a company introduction and positive candidate experience as a company ambassador   
  • Leverage internal applicant tracking system
  • Consolidate interview feedback to determine extending offer, provide salary proposal, prepare the offer letters, and present formal offers to the candidate/agents
  • Plan and execute Internship program to connect to the future New Grad hiring
  • Build New Grad hiring strategy and ensure to implement the efficient process managing resources and budget by number of hiring (ROI)
  • Ensure to provide Temporary staff in timely manner
  • Manage Temporary staff/DHH contract renewal
  • Monitor statutory requirement and hire required number of disability staff, report the hiring status annually to the labor office
  • Operate new comer onboarding process to ensure the new staff will have comfortable start to support their success
  • Initiate probation period process instructing EC module system
  • Oversee temporary hiring process and contract renewal managing one admin staff, and involve the process if any issue arisen

 

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with external agents and candidates
  • Experience of leading hiring process including New Grads and Internship
  • Leadership skill and project management skill to lead the project involving different type of the people
  • Ability to work multitask
  • Data driven and logical thinking
  • Solution focus orientated having new idea
  • High proficiency of English/Japanese (native level reading and writing)
