Job Description

Excellent opportunity to enter a top retail leader to lead and execute recruiting in order to meet hiring demands. In this role, you'll build partnerships with Business HR, retail channel leaders, and International partners.

• Recruiting Process Optimization/Outsource Vendor Management
• Implementing new recruiting methods & platform
• New Grads Recruiting/Internship
• University relationship management
• ATS & Recruiting HP Management
• Recruiting Collateral Development
• Labor market research
• Recruiting result analysis
• Support Corporate function recruiting
• Special assignment/project upon request

Experience / Skill
• 2-3 years of in-house recruiting experience
• Retail recruiting experience (shop/store staffing including new store
opening staffing) and understanding of the retail business
• Open communication skills
• Organized individual, with good time/project management skills
• Friendly (approachable), mature attitude, team player
• Strong communication in Japanese and English
(intermediate-business level)
• Out-of-box thinking and willing to challenge new things
• Be open minded to a fast changing work environment
• Experience of system usage (Applicant Tracking System, SAP, etc.)
