This European consumer goods maker is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver a world class recruitment experience for our business & HR stakeholders across the Japan Region. You will manage recruitment delivery across all levels including white collar, blue collar, permanent and contract hires from entry level graduates, experienced mid-career professionals and senior hires up to Director level.

  • Manage the full regional recruitment process and ensure efficient and effective placement of talents in Japan 
  • Build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies ensuring both current and future needs are considered 
  • Partner with hiring managers and build strong internal client relationships 
  • Manage third party vendor relationships and partnerships 
  • Responsible for proactive sourcing of candidates, screening of CV/profiles, conducting interviews, following up on meetings etc. Create and present competitive and accurate offer recommendations to hiring managers, fully understand internal compensation & benefits policies, extend offers and manage offer negotiations to internal and external candidates
  • Maintain an accurate candidate database and applicant tracking system 
  • Understand local legal situation with regards to contracts, visa/work permits, discrimination laws, etc. 
  • Manage all recruitment administration, new comers on-boarding orientation, probation and confirmation process with hiring managers, mobility hires support for relocation, processing payments
  • Lead and participate in corporate recruitment events 


  • 5 years experience in a corporate recruiting function 
  • Prior experience working in-house/agency/consulting would be advantageous
