The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for not only implementing training programmes but also driving various sizes of projects to contribute to a thriving business.
The TD manager translates business objectives and growth strategy into learning and development offerings and programs. Effectively working with business leaders and the general employee population to understand how Talent Development can support their needs. Design and implement inspiring and innovative training and development experiences for our employees that are scalable across several geographies.
Develop solutions to increase individual and team effectiveness, as well as client impact. Leverage central solutions and various tools to deliver effective and engaging content. Manage all aspects of the training lifecycle, to include training needs assessments, development of new training programs, marketing and communications of programs and measuring the impact of training.
Stays abreast of new trends and tools in employee development to help us stay at the leading edge of learning. There will be two staff reporting to this position directly, however, due to matrix organisation, supervisory needs the perspective of cross-functional efficiency.
Facilitation – present concepts clearly, articulate key distinctions, and lead rich discussions suited to the audience’s needs.
Coaching – provide timely coaching and feedback to help individuals and groups strengthen a specific knowledge or skill area.
Leading and Developing Others – planning and supporting the development of individuals’ skills and abilities so that they can fulfill current or future role responsibilities more effectively.
Knowledge on Performance management – focusing and guiding others in accomplishing work objectives and providing feedback and coaching to improve performance .
Change Management – facilitate the implementation and acceptance of change within the organization.
5-8 years of experiences in HR or 3-5 years in talent development
Hands on experience assessing training needs & translating business objectives into learning offerings
