  • 現地とグローバルのCOE(Center of Excellence)と連携したトータル・リワード(=C&B)ツール、プログラム、およびプロセスの開発、実装、および管理をします。
  • 効率的でタイムリーかつ正確な処理を確実にするために、給付プログラムの実施と管理を現地で管理します。
  • 設計、実装、プロセスおよび手順を含む人事業務チームを編成して、優れた顧客サービスを従業員に提供します。
  • 給与計算や人事管理など、トータル・リワードのさまざまなプロジェクトを主導し、推進していただきます。

  • サポートオフィスの訪問のため、月に1回程度の大阪出張があります。

Job Description Summary:

The company is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to oversee and manage compensation and benefits. They are looking for a proactive candidate that is willing to challenge the status quo and is open to making changes when needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in a global company from any industry. You’ll also need to have some HR project experience and being able to lead on 2 or 3 projects per year.

Job Description:
  • Develops, implements and manages Total Reward (TR: Compensation & Benefits ) tools, programs and processes for in alignment with regional/global Center of Excellence(CoE)
  • Manage implementation and governance of benefit programs locally to ensure efficient, timely and accurate enrollment and processing.
  • Organize HR Operations team including the design, implementation, processes and procedures to provide excellent customer service to employees.
  • Lead and drive various projects for Total Reward including Payroll and HR Operations.
Job requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensations and Benefits area with some experience in a global company
  • Business English – comfortable using English in a business setting
  • Managerial experience
  • Business trips to Osaka will be needed possibly once a month to visit a support office
