This role is responsible for:
  • Manage the development and communication of a yearly trade plan aligned with marketing and sales objectives
  • Plan introduction of new products, including launch plans, prices, assortment, forecast merchandising, and training
  • Manage and optimize support budgets by brands, by customer, by month
  • Create, source, manage, and deliver all customer specific collaterals
  • Provide International Marketing with launch performance assessment and actionable conclusions
  • Maintain activation and launch performance assessment and actionable conclusions
  • Organise and maintain activation and launch calendars and trackers
  • Asset management for retailers, and management of all retailer needs and support (event tools, order support, artwork, approvals, etc)
  • Coordination of all customized permanent and promotional in-store fixtures and personalized installations incorporating latest corporate guidelines
  • Serving as liaison between sales and marketing, providing them respectively with knowledge of the products or of the customers
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing management to develop strategic, viable, and profitable plans
  • Planning and programming of saleable and nonsaleable allocations
  • Partnering with allocation and demand planning, along with other cross-functional partners
  • Managing regional brand reviews
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the brand, sales objectives and marketing programs in order to implement a variety of brands strategies
  • Leading e-commerce business and handling key e-commerce customers

  • Native-level Japanese / Business-level English
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years' experience in sales and/or trade marketing (ideally in FMCG environment)
