- Control the marketing spent in so that reported costs match the services related to the month.
- Report to Group actuals and rolling forecast.
- Prepare proper reports for marketing spent understanding and for decision taking with clearly commented evolution versus plans;
- Challenge/understand/bridge/create awareness on marketing, corporate or trade marketing investment evolution.
- Monthly update the rolling months spent by country/products/project together with managers.
- Partner marketing and corporate communication teams to understand the past and future planned costs in their budget;
- Develop tools for better control and analyze the marketing spent;
- Support all ad hoc requests related to marketing spent and campaigns costs.
- Over 5 years of FP&A, controlling experience
- Forecasting and reporting experience
- Working efficiently in a multi-cultural company
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
