Purpose:

In charge of managing Lacoste & Aigle On Line Site Activity (Digital Flagships) in the market

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Management

- Continue to grow the current e-Commerce business in a healthy and sustainable way. This includes full P/L responsibility for the own site

- Develop the e-Commerce strategy, both in the short and long-term, in regards to user experience, merchandising, digital media spend, etc, with a focus on KPIs such as bounce rate, add to cart, pages/session, cart abandonment, as well as CPA, CPC, ROAS, etc.

 

Trade operation:

- In charge of the coordination of the different partners involved in the web site operation to ensure a perfect operation and shopping experience for the end consumer

- In charge of controlling and applying the guidelines from the HQ to ensure a global consistency worldwide

- Control the quality of the design to protect the brand identity and positioning

- Set up the right process with logistic team to deliver the product on time and to facilitate the returns

- Define the proper business rules to optimize the conversion rate (cross selling, display order, replenishment...)

- Propose a relevant assortment plan within the collection to target the online consumer and to ensure a consistent brand visibility

- Coordinate the shooting process within the corporate guidelines for both lacoste on line shop and wholesale activity

- Lead projects behind optimisation of the sites (UX, Omni channel initiatives , New functionalitites)

 

E-marketing / Animation:

- Define the marketing plan with external agency or in-house marketing department to drive traffic

- Analyse the customer profile and behaviour and propose action plan to improve conversion rate

- Optimize the marketing expense to improve the on line contribution

- Propose sales animation in accordance to off line event and create bridge between online shops and brick and mortars distribution channel
