- Business planning, target setting, and resource allocation (budgeting)
- Performance monitoring and driving resource reallocation to maximise performance
- Performance reporting to business partners, country board, North Asia Cluster, etc.
- Providing investment evaluations and any other financial analysis, such as evaluation of promotion ROI analysis, customer/product mix analysis, etc.
- Financial analysis/planning experience
- Strong numerical capability, analytical skills, and Excel skills
- Financial accounting experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other functions e.g. Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Bias for action, self-starter
- Excellent communication skills, preferably in English
