Job Description

  • Identifying customers' objectives , issues , problems , strategy and operating model
  • Drafting and implementing the retail chain sales development plan
  • Building the retail chain plan to draw up specific arguments and sales approaches
  • Negotiation with national and regional chains
  • Coordination and implementation of sales policies with customers
  • Define & implement operational plans to achieve volumes
  • Increase listing, sales per stores, visibility, and other sales strategies
  • Control the price and manage budget
  • Define and manage Sales Campaign, Trade-marketing investments, Budgets for Development and Promotional Tools

  • 10 years of sales experience in FMCG
  • Strong in pricing
  • Skilled in negotiation, retail chain management, sales devleopment
  • Ability to communicate in English (NATIVE JAPANESE ONLY)
