POSITION PURPOSE/SUMMARY STATEMENT
This position is responsible for selling to and developing independent accounts within assigned areas for the specific brand. This position is also in charge of the long term development of the accounts, profitable growth for the brand and the accounts and building strong relationships with key buyers. This role will deliver the agreed targets through maximizing productivity of existing accounts and pursuing new account opportunities in line with brand distribution strategies. Travel to include above territory as well as all brand's offices and national and regional shows when applicable. Travel may be required to other territories as requested locally and internationally.

Requirements:
-8+ years professional level sales experience in Brand Business or in related field.
-Strong interest in footwear, fashion or outdoor sports
-Experience and Knowledge of Wholesale business, people and trends to maintain and develop the network
-Experience in department store sales is a plus
-Experience of successful national account management
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
-Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Excellent problem solving abilities.
-Understanding of conflict management
-High level of political savvy
-Ambitious for the self future career plan
-Passionate to contribute to the growth and development of the company
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Proficient in all Microsoft Applications(Word, Excel, and Power Point)
