Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist/ Sr. Special
Salary: 5M to 7M JPY
In this role you will own and be responsible for increasing driving new customer acquisition and brand awareness through overall acquisition and advertising channels. Responsibilities include day-to-day performance marketing operation, KPI measurement, optimization and reporting for all acquisition and advertising channel investments, reporting to Director of Paid Channel. This role requires a demonstrated record of analytical rigor, creative problem solving, and execution.
-"Hands-on" Acquisition Channel management - Plan, execute, analyze and report all activities related to customer acquisition through acquisition & advertising channels:

❏ Other advertising channels
-Build annual customer acquisition targets by channel - A thorough understanding of lifetime value and other financial implications / KPIs of newly acquired customers by channel is a necessity in order to build a successful plan and analyses for optimization and reporting.
-Monitor and control marketing spending & and results with ownership.
-Budget management - handling multi-channel attribution, driving sophisticated and responsive approaches to modifying bidding continuously based on performance and creative ideas
-Reporting - Ensuring complete visibility into online marketing effectiveness at the company with minimal manual effort and revise strategies as necessary.
-Work with Product, Technology and Creative teams to improve the site experience, especially landing pages, to maximize engagement of new and existing external traffic
-Partner with data and analytics teams to develop and evolve the marketing reporting dashboards and analyze individual campaign performances to derive actionable insights to improve performance, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value.
-Provide regular performance updates to business owners and serve as the channel owner in making recommendations, sharing best practices, and alerting to new trends and emerging opportunities.
-Identify new and emerging online advertising technology and capabilities to improve performance.
-5+ years of direct experience managing search engine marketing/paid social/display advertisement with a proven track record in operating, analyzing, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
-"Hands-on" performance marketing operation experience is must.
-In-depth understanding of key industry metrics, the ability to recognize how they might impact the business, and reporting based on detailed KPI / performance analyses.
-Tech savvy and comfortable using paid search/social management tools (Adwords Editor, Facebook Power Editor, Marin, and other marketing tools providers).
-Data Feed management and optimization experience a strong plus
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
-Top-notch written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, mid-level or higher English language skill is preferable.
