An exciting U.S. retailer with 30 stores in Japan...and growing...is searching for a Regional Sales Manager who will report directly to the U.S. and manage 2 people locally.
This position will lead area and district managers for existing and new store sales.

- creating and implementing strategies
You'll also be responsible for driving visual presentation standards, recruit and direct top people, and maintain your P&L to maximize profits and mitigate losses.
The qualified candidate will be Japanese and speak fluent English in order to report back to the U.S. You'll have worked in retail, demonstrated the ability to execute financial plan. As well as sales, you'll need to have 5 years experience in multi-store sales and have strong financial acumen to analyze data.
