Job Title: Retail Manager
Location: Tokyo

-1 Regional Manager and 1 Assistant
-8 Area Supervisors working as shop manager (as of July 2016)
-Networks: 16 Boutiques, 1 Co-Affiliate, 17 Concessions, 4 Factory Outlets in 2016

-Maximise sales and minimize losses across the area, to ensure an effective implementation of all the brand in France and in Japan directives and guidelines, to provide the interface between the stores and head office.
-Develop the turnover and profitability of the store through excellent of customer service, retail standards, operations and people development.
-Develop the retail network to meet the brand objectives based on the study of the market as well as of the KPI's of the existing business.

Sales Performance and Cost Management:
Have a full knowledge of sales performance in all stores with KPI analysis
-Analyze and manage KPI's objectives: Conversion Rate, UPT, Amount per Ticket, Productivity (Turn Over/Worked Hours) per network, per region, per area
-Take commercial pro-active action to ensure achievement of store figures, to provide direction to ensure that sales figures are optimized wherever possible
-Ensure the control of staffing costs within the budgeted parameters. Know how to manage Point of Sales optimized schedules
-Ensure and control all other manageable costs
-Provide relevant information to support budgeting and forecasting activities
-Hold a good commercial awareness of the activities of competitors within relevant trading environments

Area Management:
Hold a direct line management responsibility for each area supervisor with regard to their performance
-Set commercial objectives with KPI's to each area supervisor
-Develop the selling strategy to achieve the budget and share it with each shop to be implemented
-Monitor the progress of the each area vs objective and make necessary revision in accordance with the results
-Identify the areas & stores for improvement as special project and work together with the area supervisor to achieve the objectives
-Ensure that a consistency in direction is provided to the stores on all areas including operations, products, stock planning, visual merchandising
-Review store invoices and pass to Director or DAF before payment

Ensure that all areas of store operations are of a 'Best in class' nature. All operational processes must adhere to the guidelines as laid down by the brand.
