1. Demand and Supply Planning
a. Manage and Plan the overall forecast process for Department / Network sales performance and inventory.
Analysis of the sales and Demand Forecast and recommend / implement strategies to ensure the plan is achieved.
b. Negotiate with HQ in order to maintain the ideal stock level at all times including New Product Launches and work closely with related Departments.
c. As the Key and Main contact with the HQ Operational Teams, work on the New Product Launch planning from the Demand Planning side in collaboration with the Commercial Teams and Marketing.
d. Stock allocation in order to maximize sales between Retail and Wholesale depending on the category.
2. Inventory Planning
a. Define and manage the annual stock target based on company strategies demand forecast.
b. Lead reduction to the unsalable stock.
c. Stock Rebalancing depending on sales performance of Commercial Networks
a. Define and manage the reference level product assortment for the Japan Region and the Internal Boutiques.
b. With deep understanding of the Replenishment model, plan and maintain the model stock and the seasonal stock increases / decreases accordingly to the needs and annual events.
c. Handle the Fair assortment planning and coordination with related Departments.
d. Ensure the level of Stock for total Japan.
4. Reporting and Analysis
a. Weekly, Monthly Analysis on the sales trend in order to align / update the forecast accordingly. Create or update sales, stock, assortment related reports for analysis.
