- Coordinating with HR for payroll information
- Dealing with Social Insurance matters
- Calculating individual and income and inhabitants tax
- Maintaining the payroll system
- Dealing with internal audits
- Answering employee questions related to payroll
In addition to your 3 plus years dealing with social insurance and payroll you will also possess great organizational and management skills and have a high level of English in addition to native level Japanese. A positive attitude is everything!
