Job Mission:
Develop Category Vision in terms of Channels & Customers based on Category Vision and Strategy deployed by Shopper & Insight team, and define the strategy to realize Category Vision

Key Responsibilities:
* Understand and recommend the Category fundamentals (segments, brands, products) and its key levers (distribution, share & assortment, implementation, price, promos, in store activation, visibility, share of shelf)
* Integrates all relevant facts, insights & trends as well as local / global knowledge to develop
comprehensive Category growth strategies and recommendations for in-store strategy and Investment recommendation
* Give feedback to both S&I and brands on trends of both on-going channels' & customers' needs
* Communicate what KPI's would be important to set in order to grow brands with PRGM (Profit & Revenue Growth Management team)
* Clarify action priorities for Biz Planning (Activation Development Team) to create effective national activation plans
* Cope with issues among fields when executing prioritized activities based on information from Perfect Sales Execution (Field Execution monitoring Team)

* Understanding how shoppers move once they enter a store (Path to Purchase)
* Experience : Shopper Research, Shopper Marketing Program Development, JBP
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills in terms of both Shopper Insight and POS/Scanner data
* Fluent English language skills
