Responsibilities

• Daily Journal Entries.
• Sales Reporting.
• AR.
• Invoicing.
• Reconciliation
• Management of junior staff.
• Sales Data Entry.
• Client Contract preparation.
• Supporting the CFO.
• Correspond with Global HQ.
• Ad hoc admin.
• Monthly Closing.
• Financial Reporting
• Analysis (Operating Expense, Monthly Gross Margin by store/sales channel etc.)
• Audit

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese. Business level English is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP and Kanjyo Bugyo preferred.
• Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
