This position is responsible for Compensation & Benefits planning and development. And this position has ownership on SAP HR with regard to accuracy and consistency.
Description of essential functions
SAP HR Management: Organization layout, Cost layout, Budget planning, Forecast planning
Annual Merit Review: Planning and execution
Ownership on retail sales commission planning and administration
Ownership on monthly payroll administration working closely with payroll provider
Compensation & benefits strategy aligned with retail strategy
Ownership on HC/Organization report to HQ
More than 5 years of C&B and payroll experience
Accuracy and consistency to maintain SAP HR database.
Analytical skills by understanding the big picture.
Solid communication skills both in Japanese and in English (TOEIC 800+).
PC skills: Excel(vlook up, pivot) MS Access
Local compliance with regard to payroll administration
Knowledge on US Legal environment is an optional
Focus Corporate employees and Retail employees. Work interdependently with Italian counterpart.
